What is the most beneficial time of the day for you? for me it’s always mornings! Actually I don’t know of that goes for everyone but you’ve heard “you can predict the day by the morning” right ;)
It has always been interesting for me to know how people start their day. And if really you can predict the day by the morning.
Can you go out of bed after you’ve just opened your eyes? I can’t. 10-15 minutes make the biggest difference. And there’s nothing more stereotypical but still so convenient to check the social media in bed :D
If we pass quickly through stretching and the bathroom routine, we end up at the main part of every morning - the breakfast (you may have thought I’d say coffee, but no ;))
This is my fave meal ever since I was a kid! This is probably because after the first meal you truly feel awake and filled with energy. Or it has something to do with my mom’s pancakes and french toasts. I rarely indulge with them now but breakfast is still my fave meal of the day!
In the last few years my breakfast had to become a quick one. In uni I rediscovered oats not because they’re so delicious, but because they fill you up, they’re easy and fast to make. Oatmeal became my go-to breakfast when I was living in Varna. But there’s a slight problem with oatmeal - it’s kinda boring and you kinda get over it :D So you have to make some changes. I used to do this with fruit or muesli, but now I discovered something new and extremely fresh that never gets old!
Go Muesli is the newest way to eat healthy breakfast. You can create your own mix in their website by choosing from over 50 organic ingredients that will give you all the nutrients you need to kickstart your day :)
And how I chose to start my mornings - with Vicky’s Go Muesli Mix!
