February: the fitness gal

Meet Natalie. She’s the face of VickyWeek in February.

Natalie is one of the most radiant girls I know. We’re colleagues in uni, but she’s also a fitness instructor and probably the healthiest living person I ever met. 

I’ve always admired people who have a certain passion that they treat with motivation and persistence - and that’s what she doest with hers. And it takes a true artistry to restructure the attitudes of the fitness clients to a different lifestyle. Psychology has to be the key for that. And I’m sure Natalie has found that out too :)

Natalie’s assocciations: 

Book -  The art of love (Erich Fromm)

Activity – training, training and again training 

Food – apples and carrots :D

Drink – weird but water + apple cinnamon tea

Natalie: Hmm, what can I say about this month: everything can be revised as trainings! How my month passed - super fast. I ran through trainings in the gym, meeting with friends and time with the family.


N: This month I had to travel frequently to Sofia. When I go there, I stay with friends (the funniest couple I know and I can say that it never gets boring with them). During my last visit, they brought me back to my childhood when they found an Atary and Super Mario disks - it was a lot of fun. 

V: February brought me to my childhood as well and more specific to the music I grew up with :) Probably the best thing that happened was the D2 concert in Bibliotekata in Plovdiv. I hadn’t been to their live concert before and I thought they’d pick newer songs, but they didn’t dissapoint with adding fave old hits that remind us of summer and make you wanna smile - I was impressed and me and Arsen even danced a bit :)

N: If I say I haven’t watched youtube videos with workouts, I’d lie. I love trying new stuff and test what my body can do. Try it yourself - you wouldn’t believe what your body is capable of!

V: I don’t really have enough time for workouts, which we all know is an excuse (always), but recently  I really feel like I need more physical activities. This month I found some time for stretching - I always ask myself why not do it everyday, because you instantly feel better and it’s worth it :)

N: February was filled with positive emotions and moments. I enjoyed every minute of it. I feel great and I can say that I’m happy. I love my job and I’m surrounded with awesome friends.
